The lesson plans consists of 10 week schedule covering the following disciplines: High Jump = 2 weeks, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 100m, 800m, Relay, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin. There is a scheme of work attacked, plus a record sheet to fill out. I am apologise for any silly mistakes but I am dyslexic.
